An extremely respected and highly regarded orthodontist for more than four decades, Dr. Richard Kardovich is a graduate of New York University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the College of Dentistry. Dr. Kardovich also completed a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Orthodontics at the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry.
Dr. Kardovich has been granted many professional and community service awards, including the 2001 Nassau Suffolk Hospital Council's Theodore Roosevelt Award and honorary degrees from St. Charles Hospital and Suffolk County Dental Society.
Dr. Kardovich is a member in good standing of the American Dental Academy, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Suffolk County Dental Society, the World Federation of Orthodontists, the National Dental Honor Society and Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Dr. Kardovich currently serves as an Orthodontist-Attending at St.Charles Hospital Dental Department and Mather Memorial Hospital Dental Department.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Kardovich enjoys golf, swimming and hiking.
